Howard and Reimold Complete Realty and Auction Service is a division of Findley Lake Realty Inc. A New York Corp. formed and filed in September 1984.

 

The corporation and Howard & Reimold Complete Realty and Auction Service is also filed in the State of Pennsylvania and Ohio.

The general partners, Peter S. Howard, Robert J. Reimold and E. Stephen Denny are licensed as Real Estate Brokers and Auctioneers in the states of New York, Pennsylvania and Ohio and are fully bonded.

Robert J. Reimold, holds a GRI designation awarded by the National Association of Realtors, MRA designation by the National Real Estate Appraiser Association and N.A.E.R.A. designation by the National Association of Environmental Risk Auditors, Phase I, II and III certified specialist.
It should be noted that Robert J. Reimold is a National Auctioneer selling nursery auctions throughout the United States.

Both Howard and Reimold are graduates of Penn State University.

  1. Was the youngest individual to receive a NY State Real Estate Brokers License at age 22, in 1987.
  2. Currently holds a New York State Corporate Broker’s License issued in 2005.
  3. Licensed as an auctioneer in the State of Pennsylvania, Ohio, West Virginia, Indiana and currently New York State does not currently have a auctioneer’s licensing law.

All of our auctioneers are graduates from Reisch World Wide Auctioneer’s College in Mason City Iowa.
